1. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER 1
To provide specialist expertise in the area of civil and structural engineering with respect to oil and gas facilities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Degree qualified in a Civil / Structural Engineering
minimum 12 - 10 years experience in onshore Civil and Structural construction
Working knowledge of a broad range of Structural Engineering systems, tools and practices.
Ability to manage interfaces other Project Engineers related to Obax project, government agents, regulators, and stakeholders is essential.
Conversant with Structural Engineering software such as a STAAD
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French Language.
HSE management of a large group of people and contractors in a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team set
Ability to lead, motivate and develop the technical and management skills of a large team.
Good track record of complying OSHA and other Safety regulations

3. SENIOR MECHANICAL/PIPING ENGINEER
Responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising of a major component of the mechanical and piping engineering related activities within a project.
Requirements:
• B.Sc or B.ENG IN Mechanical Engineering
· A related post graduate degree will be an advantage
Must have worked as a piping design Engineer and Senior piping Engineer for an Engineering Design company involved in Oil and Gas projects or an Operator for 10 years.
· A minimum of 5 years as a Lead Engineer.
· Must be used to working in a multi-discipline environment.
· Experience shall include design engineering in green and brown field projects.
• Must be familiar with relevant codes, standards, oil and gas industry design specifications and practices.
Must have a thorough working knowledge of the latest design engineering, analytical techniques and software programs
Working knowledge of codes and standards such as ASME, ANSI, NACE and API
· Strong IT skills
· Proficient in the use of AutoCAD
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to lead and Motivate a team
COREN/NSE membership
HSE certification will be an added advantage
4. SENIOR ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION
Requirements:
• B.Sc or B.Eng in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or any related degree
• Candidate must have previously worked in an oil and gas construction environment
• 10 years minimum total post graduate experience in oil & gas industry.
• Strong IT skills useful in project planning and management, reporting and presentation.
•Understanding of control system/Delta V & Allen Bradley.
•Good understanding of electrical documentation, P& ID single drawings, etc.
Good Communication and presentation skill
Ability to lead and Motivate a team
