PUBLIC AWARENESS ON THE NSE POSITION ON CEMENT GRADES
You may wish to note that the Nigerian Society of Engineers submitted Memorandum on the composition and pigmentation of cement in Nigeria during the public investigative hearing at the National Assembly in May, 2014.
Therefore, our attention has been drawn to the need by the relevant Professional Bodies to sensitize public on the issues of cement grades. In view of this, I write on behalf of the President to inform you (all Branches and Divisions Chairmen) to commence Public Awareness in your jurisdiction, in line with our (NSE) Memorandum presented at the National Assembly and the President`s 1st Quarter Press Briefing.
Kindly find the attached Memorandum submitted by NSE and the President`s 1st Quarter Press Briefing for your actions, please.
