The Annual Memorial Lecture instituted six years ago in honour of the Founding Chairman of the Branch, Late Engr (Dr) Ralph Adeola Alabi OON, FNSE is here again. This year’s Program is scheduled to hold as follows:

Engr. Ralph Adeola Alabi, OON, FNSE was an accomplished Engineer given to Industry and Scholarship. He was the pioneer Chairman of The Nigerian Society of Engineers, Ikeja Branch, from 1993 to 1995; and until his transition, was a great pillar and constant source of inspiration to us in the Branch.
In due recognition and appreciation of his immense contributions to the field of engineering, particularly his tremendous pioneering efforts and leadership in the establishment of Ikeja Branch of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, we instituted an Annual Memorial Lecture to venerate this rare intellectual Engineer, astute Industrialist and affable Philanthropist, who in his lifetime was an embodiment of industry, forthrightness and assertiveness.
It is in full realization of the need for all that are connected with the Late Engr. Ralph Alabi, OON, FNSE to come together to celebrate his life and times that we are humbly extending this invitation to you, to be the part of this unique Memorial Lecture, and thereby join us and all other men and women of goodwill in celebrating this exceptional friend, father, mentor and a professional who positively impacted the lives of all of us that were fortunate to have one relationship or the other with him while alive.
