We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: Product Support Engineer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training/support to System Engineers and account managers on Assigned OEM Products
- Responsible for meeting with all Partner targets
- Attend OEM training to become subject matter expert on OEM products
- Educate customers on new and enhanced product offerings to generate leads for account managers
- Solicit, organize and communicate customer feedback (references, request, etc0 for OEM products.
- Technical Authority within Powerpro for OEM products
- Generate and manage leads for account managers after webinars and presentation.
Requirements
B.Eng Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 1 year relevant work experience.
Skills:
Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.
