Applications are invited from qualified and very experienced candidates for the position of CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER.
Location: Ore, Ondo State.
Duration: 6 months (renewable upon satisfactory performance)
Age: 30 - 35 years
Experience: minimum 5 years.
Qualification: Minimum of HND or BSC. Master degree will be an added advantage
The responsibilities include the following among others:
supervising regular, contracted and casual staff liaising with the head office in carrying out sites' responsilities meeting subcontractors making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety ensuring site properties and consignments are safe checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings maintaining quality control procedures motivating the workforce problem solving using specialist construction management computer applications. handling all administrative responsibilities handling all logistic responsibilities including light and heavy vehicles overseeing store keeping responsibilities generating and sending daily, weekly and monthly reports to Project Manager
