The Oyo State Commissioner for Industry,Applied Science and Technology,Mr. Adedapo Lam-Adesina was today honoured with an Award of Excellence by the Nigerian Association of Small Scale Industries (NASSI).
The Award was presented at the office of the Honourable Commissioner as he was unavoidably absent at the event held recently.
The award is in recognition of Mr Adedapo Lam-Adesina's industrial integrity and reputation for promoting good governance in Oyo State.
The Commissioner thanked the National Association of Small Scale Industries for the Award and promised to do all within his capacity to support Small Scale Industries.
Mr.Adedapo Lam-Adesina further expressed his commitment to the development of Small Scale Industries which is the bedrock of every economy.
It will be recalled that since his assumption of office, the Honourable Commissioner has been passionate and very supportive of the Small and Medium Scale Sector.
Some of his achievement in the small scale industry sector since he resumed late last year is the Reviving of the Oyo State Small scale industry,The Rescucitation of the Technology Incubation Centre in Ibadan,The ongoing Graduate Industrial development Loan Scheme and others.
