The Nigerian Society of Engineers, Apapa Branch has expressed its readiness to assist Engineers within the Nigerian Armed Forces become full-fledged members of the society and attain the highest level of professional competence in the profession.
Chairman, Nigerian Society of Engineers, Apapa Branch, Ombugadu Garba stated this during a Courtesy Visit to the 15 Field Engineer Regiment, in Badagry, Lagos State recently.
Engr Garba assured the soldiers of the society readiness to assist with all processes of applications and the various steps involve in becoming fully registered members of the society.
Responding on behalf of the Commanding Officer Major Alex Ugbor, Captain Mark Dingba thanked the NSE delegation and promised to build a stronger synergy between the unit and the Nigerian Society of Engineers.
He noted that the visit has broaden the knowledge of the officers and help clarify issues involves in becoming fully registered engineers.
It would be noted that Nigerian Army has some of the finest Engineers who have distinguished themselves in many spheres. They have been contributing to Nigerian Technology advancement over the years.
